Refund policy

All Cotswold Hue paints are hand-mixed to order in your chosen colour and finish, so they can’t be returned once produced.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email office@cotswoldhue.co.uk within 48 hours so we can put it right.
Colour variation from lighting or décor isn’t a fault, so we always recommend ordering a sample first.
